The most convenient location is a Travelodge at Cameron Toll, which is a ~10 minute walk from the King's Buildings Campus (marked on map in Travel and Meeting Venue). Prices are ~£70 per night (https://www.travelodge.co.uk/hotels/418/Edinburgh-Cameron-Toll-hotel?sb=0). There are many Bed and Breakfast options close to the Campus available for a similar price. 

There are many options in the centre of town (with good bus service from centre to the King's Buildings Campus).
